I’m going to publish several 10-song playlists for your various workouts. This first one is dance music for your aerobic/cardio workouts:
- Busy Child – Chemical Brothers: Great song to get you warmed up.
- Rubberneckin’ – Elvis (Paul Oakenfold Mix)
- 4 Minutes – Madonna (featuring Justin Timberlake)
- Don’t Cha – Pussycat Dolls
- Cobrastyle – Teddybears featuring Mad Cobra
- Breathe – The Prodigy
- Weapon Of Choice – Fatboy Slim
- Toxic – Britney Spears
- Fergalicious – Fergie
- Naked Eye – Luscious Jackson: Nice song to warm down to.
Total time: 43.8 minutes
Now, I realize I’m going to hear from some of you guys concerning the amount of estrogen that’s present in this playlist. To you, I say (a) get over it — I don’t really care about your thoughts on this topic, and (b) the next workout playlist will have an inordinate amount of testosterone in so your day is coming.
